In order to ensure that the association provides its services in the best possible way to its members and the Sudanese community, the tasks and roles have been divided into several administrative offices, to ensure the quality of work and maintain professionalism in providing services. 1- Preparing the association's draft annual budget and monitoring its implementation.
2- Managing revenues and expenditures in accordance with financial regulations and policies.
3- Supervising the collection of membership fees, donations, and grants.

5- Preparing periodic and annual financial reports and presenting them to the Executive Office and the General Assembly.
