Miss Ashgan Yasir Mahmoud
Registered Dietetition & Nutritionist. She has a master degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Ahfad University for Women, Sudan & a bachelor degree of honour in Dietetics from Ahfad University for Women, Sudan. She worked as nutrition officer in CARE International organization in Sudan also worked as nutritionist and nutrition associate in Sudan Vision Organization & as a teacher Assistant in Ahfad University for women, school of health sciences nutrition & dietetics section. She has experience certificate from national nutrition program of federal ministry of health & military hospital from curative nutrition section in Sudan. Ashgan works as volunteer as secretary for Sudanese Association for Nutritionist & Dietetition (SAND), she has prize certificate of better research of health & nutrition of child from scientific board of Ahfad University. She is a member of several associations, including the Egyptian International Society of Nutrition and Obesity (EISNO) and SAND.
She has many training courses certificates including: SCOPE - Clinical Nutrition Diploma from EISNO Academy, MNT for Diabetes: Application of the NCP, Dietary diversity score measurements, Training of trainers on nutrition policies analysis, medical content writing, creating & designing of nutrition & health media content & related messages guiding techniques, Prevention, early diagnosis & modern techniques to control diabetes, OSHA, HACCP, NCPM, Computer Skills ,Food safety management system ISO22000, Training in nutrition department of El-Ribat university hospital, Nutrition sector information management (IM), Application of quality standards in nutrition, food safety and security, food & nutrition management, health and nutrition education, nutrition in complex emergencies, children & adolescent diabetes educators and dietician from Sudan childhood diabetes association. RDN Ashgan Participated as organizer in many health & nutrition fairs, she has participated in the international conference on child nutrition & man-made crises. Ashgan has skills of using SPSS program for researches of undergraduate student. Ashgan invited as speaker at World Africa University radio. Also she provides nutrition advices of Ramadan in one of health program by radio.
